PUC angels, a non-profit association dedicated to education, social impact, and entrepreneurship, values privacy and the protection of the personal data of all its associates, members, volunteers, students, partners, and visitors. Personal data is used to: - Manage your association with PUC angels; - Personalize your experience on the platform and in network actions; - Issue certificates of participation, recognition, and reports; - Conduct institutional and promotional communications for PUC angels; - Ensure participation in events, mentorships, and committees; - Comply with legal and regulatory obligations; - Check for possible criminal actions (formal), racist positions, messages or positions that are against the values of the Association, etc. for analysis by the Ethics Council (according to the Association's Term of Conduct and Ethics); - Statistical and institutional purposes, with anonymized data.

PUC angels does not sell personal data to third parties. Sharing may occur only with: - Partners and sponsors involved in events, promotional offers, programs, or sponsorships, when necessary for their execution; - Technological platforms used in the operation (e.g., email tools, events, community management), respecting security and data protection standards; - Public authorities, upon legal requirement.
