💡 How Our Selection Works

At PUC angels, our mission is clear: to improve the world through the democratization of education and the fight against hunger. Therefore, our admission process—for Associates, Members, and Regional Representatives—is thorough, transparent, and aligned with our values.

🤝 Admission of Associates and Members

✔️ What we analyze: Purpose and personal values: We look for people who act guided by an ethical purpose. If your motivation is purely self-promotion or immediate financial gain, this is not the place for you. What purpose means to us: The search for financial, emotional, and social evolution, in an ethical and consistent manner. 🚀 Our purpose tripod: Financial: Success in your business, with generation of personal and professional prosperity through direct financial gain. Emotional: Maturity, awareness, balance, and clarity between joy and true happiness. Social: Active commitment—personal and financial—to social causes, contributing to transforming the society around you. 🎯 Believing in the PUC angels mission is fundamental: “To improve the world through education.” If this belief is not genuine, your candidacy will not advance. 🔍 What we expect from you: Real commitment to our mission and clarity on how you will actively contribute, in practice, to our purpose. 👥 Process Stages: Registration form: Analysis of your values, beliefs, and purpose. Interview: Confirmation of form data and alignment of expectations. Here, we seek to understand if your words truly reflect your practice. Public background check: We do not accept people with active criminal records or serving a sentence. Remembering that the result of the second interview is final. If you disagree with anything, contact the Ethics Council (email below this document).

🌍 Regional Representation – How It Works

If you wish to officially represent PUC angels in a geographical region, know that we look for leaders who are agents of financial, social, and economic transformation, aligned with our mission. We say this because the regional representative (PUC angels Regional President) earns money, notoriety, and makes a positive impact in their region. 🏆 Profile we look for: Executives, entrepreneurs, and managers with a social impact vision. Over 28 years old, any gender. Unblemished reputation and solid relationship network in the region. Time and willingness to lead and undertake locally. Self-motivated profile, with entrepreneurial spirit and management skills. Plus: Desirable fluency in English or Spanish (not mandatory). Genuine commitment to the belief that education transforms the world. 📋 Selection Process: Registration or referral. Internal analysis by the PUC angels team. Interviews. Development of the Regional Plan. Signing of the Brand Usage Term. Fulfillment of pre-launch goals. Official launch of the Regional Chapter. 🚀 Launch Goals: Minimum of 35 associates (can be more or less according to your region, with up to 15 co-founders with special conditions). 3 to 5 local companies with the Educator Company Seal (can be more or less according to your region). 1 local strategic partnership, already in negotiation or final signing phase (other associations, groups, entities de relevancia local). Organization of a launch event. Alliance with the local Catholic Church to perform community social actions. Initial investment of R$ 3,500.00 in marketing, adjusted according to the size of the region (number of inhabitants, number of companies, and GDP). Important: If the minimum goals are not met, the Regional Chapter will not be launched. 📧 Questions: regional@pucangels.org

✅ Why is this process done?

Because we believe that a better world is not built with speeches, but with actions. We believe that people with purpose are special people, who not only succeed but leave a legacy. Today we have a group of participants who live this, with leaders and people from various companies. They are Presidents, Vice Presidents, directors, managers, coordinators, and even first-year university students. We promote high-level meetings for value networking. Market performance through Thematic Committees (See in Initiatives, Committees) and a community with more than 4,000 executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders, as well as university students.
